Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

New Group Avatar

Well hello guys,

As you may have noticed, we have a new avatar here at Movie-Posters-R-Us...

Some time ago,

was looking for a new avatar for the group, and I told him I'd try to create something for it. Soon, I got this 'counter' idea and was really excited to show it to him and you all, but when I tried to install it to the group, it gave me the error message stating that the avatar needed to be below the size of 30kbs, and mine was well over 200kbs...

So basically, after trying to minimize the size of the avatar for about two days straight, I figured out that it would be quite impossible to minimize and keep the quality clean as well.

From then, until now, I had a bunch of school work and exams to complete, and therefore, didn't get the chance to finish what I had started.

I was happy to see that

designed a new theme for this group. This way I changed the logo part of the avatar so it would match Woody's design, but this only helped marginally so I ended up having to cut off several frames from the pic in order to get it to be as is right now. But of course, I can't take all the credit as my brother helped me out with the animation.

With that being said, I hope you all like the new avatar,
and although I don't have time to participate as an admin anymore, I sure hope I can help out Woody and the team with whatever they need (designing, new avatar, whatever
